Notes: Reference: OPFA/HCRC/2026/01 The Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator (OPFA) is established in terms of section 30B of the Pension Funds Act, 24 of 1956 (“The Act”), to dispose of pension fund complaints lodged in terms of the Act in a procedurally fair, economical, and expeditious manner. The Pension Funds Adjudicator is the Accounting Authority of the Office, and has established governance committees, including the Human Capital and Remuneration Committee (HCRC), to support the execution of the Accounting Authority’s responsibilities.
